Poor UI/UX, does not work

I dont know where to start, the app has so many issues.

Bluetooth does not work - impossible to connect with the SmartCord / the Detector.

Registration - they tell you to use the password from your product registration, yet when registering your product, THERE IS NO PASSWORD REQUIRED.

The UI is still from early iPhone days, before iOS4.

Advice to Escort - dont outsource your app development to "my buddy Joe makes apps" agency. Dont let your hardware engineers write software for apps.
