App crashes everyone I open it.

The new drive smarter app is a NIGHTMARE! Wish you wrote it instead cedar. Go back to supporting live and get rid of drive smarter or find another company that can write an app that WORKS!

The app tells me I need to connect a device or pay for a subscription all while my max 360 is connected. Sorry escort the only way you’re going to get me to pay you more is when I need to replace my detector.

Doesn’t easily connect via Bluetooth. Poorly designed

The speed limits displayed on the detector itself should not be a buy up feature.

Drive smarter can’t even find my device. At least this one can allowing me to update device settings. That’s about all either are good for since neither display cloud sourced alerts reliably. At least this gets 2 stars for being able to connect to device.

Why can’t you create a truck and motorcycle with color choices instead of a car, arrow or dot?

Continuing to fall behind competitors in this market. Ned to get a better app or I am moving on.

After several years, Max360 will not connect to my paid subscription. Tech support had to refund me with promise to fix issue, been 4 months now. V2 ?

I got my first Escort in 1979, it was a gift from my father. Right then I knew this was the product I would need for protection from hidden bears. Soon all I had to have was the Passport so when a thief separated my Escort from me I decided that the Passport would be my future in detection. I sincerely want everyone who is considering the Escort to know that the absolute best way to maximize every aspect of the Escort is to learn the difference between a automatic door opener and a Police hidden behind a billboard. The bark is different depending on the exact location and your location. One thing that I hope you can take away from my limited knowledge is that once you learn the different bark’s and realize that the noise in your car is the most important thing you should be paying attention too. As long as you keep that in mind you probably will never receive a recipe from the bear. My birthday is this month and I have decided to treat myself to the Redline 360c. At my age most things don’t excite me anymore however I feel like a 12 year old kid who is getting his first Honda. (Definitely no sleep tonight) I am not sure if I have had any impact on your decision to choose a bird dog however I do believe if you do choose one, for your wallet, peace of mind and your insurance payment. Was working great. Now it’s showing the posted speed limit is 96 mph in a 60 mph zone. I paid good money for it and just want in working correctly.

They make a update to fix minor issues, so what happens? The speed limit disappears.

So many false alerts

After the first 2 weeks it would no longer connect to my radar. Tried to re-install and still never worked but the detector does work wonderfully

I recently purchased the 360 c markII App slow to find my detector but since IOS update - just won’t connect to my device. Continue to search but never finding my device. The drive smarter app connect without issue so far. FYI.

Please fix app ASAP, or refund my Escort subscription!

Drivers, This only works at its best if ALL of you “share” what you SEE. Keep in mind (YOU DONT NEED TO TAP AN ALERT IMMEDIATELY) when you see a radar trap but anytime you can safely tap it on the device or the app even 1-3 miles later helps alert all of us drivers headed toward that threat. If you have a passenger w/you have them zoom out on the map and tell you if they see anything way up ahead. It can save you a ticket in long flat or hilly and curvy areas on the road ahead. When you see a trap remember that the trap may be working in conjunction with another trap just 3-7 miles apart at times. I call that team work for more tickets when they work together..you call it more tickets and fines. Be aware that this is often how highway type traps function. I’ve observed it a lot. So when safe,..share, share, share!!!

Turn on detector (RL 370c) and see it’s connected to iPhone via BlueTooth. Open Escort Live, see no detector connected. Return to iPhone BlueTooth and see detector’s no longer connected. Tell iPhone to connect. See it’s now connected. Return to Escort Live and repeat. 5x later and connection stays. Open Escort Live and see “Subscription has expired… connect a supported detector…” -/ but supported detector IS connected!!! Configure Wi-Fi hotspot settings to connect detector to local hotspot. Fails. 3 more attempts and connection succeeds. Change Wi-Fi hotspot settings to new hotspot. New connection appears to succeed. Return to settings and see detector’s still connected to old hotspot. You’ve had this app and Drive Smarter out for years, Escort. Why not fix them?

This app is similar to Waze, but Waze has a way better network and a lot more people on it. Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one on this network. GPS never contact so disappointed

Was great in the beginning but now the app crashes 3-4 times during a 20 minute drive. Consistently pops up telling me my subscription is expired but won’t let me resubscribe and than other days works normal as if I have a subscription. Over all very buggy app and am very dis satisfied with it I have resubscribed multiple times and have been charged through apple for a subscription yet every time I open the app it tells me that my subscription has expired and to connect an eligible detector. I have my apple recipte from July 2 2024 showing that I was billed and one from today July 7, 2024 showing that the app does not recognize that I have paid for a subscription. Connection tends to be very slow.

I have two escorts, both seem useless, what a waste of money, thry dont pick up any police signals at all, looking for a more accurate and dependable detector.

A little dated and buggy but at least this app works on the phone while connected to CarPlay using another navigation app like Apple Maps or Waze unlike the other drive dumber trash app.

Not as good as it is promoted. I called for support today and tried me to sell a medical device. I bought this radar to have GPS maps mixed with radar and it doesn’t have it

My detector isn’t connecting ti the app. I’ve emailed customer service with no response

App immediately closes after I type in login credentials for registration.

I like the usability of the app, but in the dashboard it only allows you to use music from your phone or memory. It should have the ability to attach with Spotify or other music streaming services similar to how Waze does!

I tried to register into this app would not let me about how many times I try it won’t let me do anything so I give it one star review

Each time I try it said an error occurred try again later but never works 😭 was able to create an account online but can’t log in on app

I have been using the app with my old escort passport radar for years now. I’ve always had an awesome experience and I’ve even reached out to the company when I’ve had issues with the subscription and they’ve always been super awesome and actually hooked me up with multiple years of the subscription for free just for being a valued customer! Definitely worth the money and saved my behind many times from tickets!

Not bad at all

Works nice. It’s very helpful and very easy to learn and use.

I could only get the app to connect to the Max360 once through Bluetooth. After that dead in the water.

The system and the app are sub par at best. The app tells me my subscription is expired every time I open when I am suppose to have a free subscription. I got sick of it so I subscribed and it charged me 49 dollars. It still tells me it my subscription is expired. Next it will not connect to my Max ci 360. The max ci 360 is the worst thing I have ever purchased. For $7000 dollars it never works and has gone out 4 times. I take it back each time and escort says they fixed it. I just had a new firmware upgrade and on the way home got stopped by a trooper. It never went off. Tomorrow I am having it taken out.

Seriously, who is dropping the ball here? You mean to tell me you have an app for your car, but I have to use my phone to see it? How nice would it be to receive notifications via carplay, and a big in your face UI with all the app benefits. I for one would actually use it. The phone app is a little cumbersome to use while driving. PLEASE UPDATE, Its 2024!

Works decently.

I enjoyed Escort Live for a whole year. I had to send my unit in because it stopped updating and would not shut off. I got it back and it only shuts off half the time. I have to unplug it the other times. Subscription Expired comes on but it tells you to go to the subscription page but no link or button to get there? There are features i like better on this than Drive Smart.

With out the app the speed limit it’s off not cool everything works with the app and after expensive toy not happy at all I see police cars on the road and the machine never beeps …. Beeps on the false alarm on KA liked the red lights and the sign on the road but never beeps on the police car I see on the road looking for people speeding….. I see the police officer on the car with the machine target cars on the road and the machine don’t beep I call customer service and the guy was so difficult to work and explain the situation and then he say it’s going to send me a email to screen shot my settings and never get the email horrible customer service support….
