You cannot delete any old reports on the map so every time you drive to that same location it goes off, when are you going to fix this? Very, very annoying. Will not spend anymore money for this APP. New review: bought new iPhone 6 S and now I cant even pair the app with my max 360. What a piece of junk. Wasted my money.

This app would be great with thumbs down features on user added alerts. Also CarPlay is really needed. Integration with Waze data would be great. Not bad other than that.

This app is cool because it integrates with the Passport Max 2 and Pass Port Max 360 detectors, but it WOULD BE AWESOME IF this app supported the iPhones built-in motion coprocessor in order to determine when driving so the app can automatically turn on location services to show the speed limit on the detector. As of right now, I have to open the app every single time I drive which gets very annoying. Please add this support!

I just got an Escort MAX 360 and I love the detector. The app needs lots of improvements. The first, how about a night mode? The map is way too bright at night. The other is navigation, I am currently running Escort Live in dashboard mode in the background while using Waze to navigate. I recommend you partner with Google/Waze and link the detector to Waze and then report to Waze if the user links a Escort Live Account. Alerts would be only shown on other Escort Live logged in user Waze apps.

The blue tooth icon in top right corner says its not connected to the detector when it was working I think onl 2 or 3 people have it. I would never see a warning from anyone else.

1. Recently (maybe latest APP update or IOS 9.2) every alert switches my car audio source to the iPhone and leaves it there. REALLY ANNOYING! 2. You need a magnifying glass to read how many minutes it has been since an alert was posted to the system. Really useful information if it were not impossible to read.No reason it can be in much bigger font - plenty of space for this. 3. The in app icons are way too small to navigate in a moving vehicle. May I shouldnt be doing that but, hey, it IS vehiclular mobile app. right????

The app is ok needs more options and updates for the price of the yearly subscription Im not trilled so far ,should have a speed limit correct option many times speed limit is incorrect more custom user options would be nice.

The only time I get information is from my own STiR Plus in over 8000 miles. Ive been in rallies with 25 cars, many having Escort or Belltronics units, still nothing but my own pings. Maybe it would be better if they sent the info to WAZE for distribution. Great idea, I just have not seen it help me.

I use my app on my 6S+ with my radar detector everyday. I love it. While this is the best app imaginable, it can be better: 1) the over speed limit voice alert setting needs to be less annoying, and maybe a setting at 20 over and custom voice. 2) the 4 inches of coil, and the 3 feet of straight cord is just plain dumb. 3) there should be a setting for when the app detects its not charging, it should auto close. A mute feature while on a call would be an awesome option for this app to silence the detector. Its embarrassing having a client call and my detector is screaming into the location of my Bluetooth mic. Thank you Escort though for this app

Great app, functions well. Rated one star because they havent updated the app for current generation screen sizes a year and several months after these phones were released. No reason for that.

They still havent fixed map direction-of-travel orientation, unlike EVERY dang other gps type app out there. Have been asking for this for years now - so tired of their lack of care and quality

In its concept this app is a great idea, the problem is escort does not seem to have the ability to design a properly functioning app. Each update seems to introduce new problems that overshadow the old. There used to be a lot of users on escort live because it was new and everyone was trying it. Now that everyone has gotten tired of the bugs, failure to update the app on a somewhat normal basis, and general lack of customer support when it comes to answering complaints about the app, And the actual amount of users has dropped dramatically. Add to that the new problem of their detectors planting false KA radar alerts due to the blind spot monitoring systems of current cars and you a useless tool.

Escort addressed the low speed display bug but now the app crashed upon opening every time. One it crashes then it opens fine until you close and open it again. Using 6s with latest iOS.

I own a SmartRadar, and use this application with it. The idea of a SmartRadar (has bluetooth and relies on phone for GPS network connectivity) is great. This actual app isn’t very good. It crashes from time to time, sometimes forgets the login password, and can’t even launch in bad-cell-service conditions. Over time Escort has continually failed to fix basic functionality bugs or add any of the features that would make their app so amazing. Its clear that Escort doesnt care about the app - theyve already sold you the hardware. There are also so many ways they could make this app better: * Show how recently another driver took a route. Showing live KA is nice, but not showing KA could either be no cop OR no drivers to discover the cop. * Be able to change duration of events shown. There are TONS of “police reported” where I am, I don’t need to see the past hour worth. * Be able to change detector behavior based on app or no app. I don’t need detector alerts when the phone is also alerting me. I also would like to turn off K band, but only when the phone isn’t paired. 5/5 for an amazing idea. 1/5 for code quality. Escort, you need to hire a QA person and put your developer on the application full time. 3/5 for features, the basics are here but there’s so much potential. 1/5 for abandoning the customers. Ive given up hope on the app - my next radar detector wont be Escort.

So I spend $650 on a radar detector that relies on this app for function, and this app is always crashing or quiting? And the icing on the cake is that this is one of the last apps on my phone not optimized for the 6 plus a year and a half after it came out. Not happy at all.

This app needs a complete overhaul. Bluetooth connectivity to my passport max 2 is highly unreliable and the app is not optimized at all for an iPhone 6+. Also, why cant I update my passport via Bluetooth? The Mac software is crap. Maybe escort just doesnt see this stuff as important but for paying $600 for a radar detector, I would expect much more effort from them.

Escort Live Radar must have imbeciles that develop these app updates. Version 2.1.13 still constantly crashes at random times. Very annoying! Reverting back to version 2.1.10 yet again. Ill be sure to note this in Amazon so buyer beware!
